Thesis Research · Liquid Bone Broth

A short survey on health, taste, and how you might use liquid bone broth

What is liquid bone broth?

Liquid bone broth is a savory broth made by slowly simmering animal bones (such as beef, chicken, or pork) together with vegetables, herbs, and water for several hours. The long simmer extracts collagen, protein, and minerals from the bones, producing a clear, nourishing liquid. It can be sipped warm from a mug, used as a cooking base for soups, sauces, grains, or stews, or added to meal prep as a source of savory nutrition.

This survey is part of thesis research on how people perceive liquid bone broth — its health associations, possible uses, and how product communication shapes interest. It takes roughly 7–10 minutes, and all answers are anonymous.
